Conceptual Design
Kolohe Design, LLC has over 30 years of experience in the commercial and residential swimming pool and water feature industry. Our company will design your project based on your individual taste, space and budget. From design sketches to color renderings, we bring your dreams into a comprehensive design concept tailored for your project.
Design Development
During the Design Development phase Kolohe Design, LLC will further prepare the drawings to crystallize the design concept and describe it in terms of key sections and details. In addition, a project cost estimate can be provided. We also work with project consultants coordinating the specific requirements of the design.
Construction Documents
The drawings that were generated during the prior phases are now evolved from schematic drawings to comprehensive detailed technical drawings. Effective documentation is a key function to a successful project and realizing the final project vision. Kolohe Design, LLC works with disciplines within the design team coordinating interfacing details. With over 30 years of experience, we are constantly researching new technologies, optimizing our processes and improving our designs to achieve our clients' dreams to reality.
